how we move

intuition over achievement

We like to move wisely, instinctively and pleasurably. We like every movement class to break us open, to infuse our body with new knowledge and bring us closer to our truth.

in touch

We are still getting over the pandemic years. The lack of freedom, the reservation of movement and connection, has scarred us.

But it also made us simplify, let go, and surrender. We are always exploring ourselves, our bodies through movement, breath, and life.

We keep our groups intimate, our classes raw and revealing, and our connections real.

movement

Yoga has been the center of our retreats for many years, and has brought us structure, power and flexibility.

More and more, we find ourselves enhancing our movement incorporating dance, voice, instruments, breath, and ultimately, our whole self, in the classes.

Either through creative flow, nidra and embodied movement, we connect to our breath, we take time to process and allow our emotions to rise up.

communion

Apart from our everyday classes, we dedicate a session or workshop to creative practices of self-exploration.

We go within, we take a leap and discover something about ourselves.

May it be a manifestation workshop, learning about our monthly cycles, sitting in a sharing circle with other humans, or meditating on the ruins of a Byzantine church, we expand our universe and leave knowing something new about ourselves.
