Then welcome to our ‘Back to Nature retreat’ where Anna & Russell will lead a well-rounded empowering program of yoga and fitness practices. This is an exclusive retreat for an intimate group of 10 people who will enjoy ultra-personalised care both within their practice and nutrition. Our in-house chef & nutritionist will work around the scheduled sessions to deliver a holistic experience of healthy Greek food with the best seasonal ingredients.

Kythnos natural zen and unspoiled nature provides the perfect set for outdoor activities and fun excursions to lift the spirits. From sea-kayaking and hiking, to village strolls and thermal spring visits, this retreat is what you need to kick off a stellar summer getaway!

What it’s been kept for the end, is that your stay takes place at a secluded paradise villa, built just above the sea level, with a brilliantly positioned infinity pool at the edge of the house and its own private beach. Natural high meets island dream!


First things first - you are in good hands! Brought from London’s top studios, the queen of Acro Yoga, Anna Karides joins forces with fitness guru and health coach, Russell Lee to deliver a powerful blend of yoga and workouts. Anna’s dynamic yoga flows will be enriched with an introduction to Acro Yoga, playful partner-yoga sessions and restorative elements to slow down your cardio rate. Russell has designed a special ‘fitness in nature workout’ program which takes you from morning jogs to 45min cardio and from short hikes to deserted beaches to afternoon juicy stretches.

The classes will take place in large outdoor covered areas of the villa as well as at the beach, and wherever nature offers a great platform to experience body and mind in unity.

Anna Karides: Anna is a leading Yoga and AcroYoga teacher in the UK and has been teaching for over a decade. She has international teaching and training experience and has been featured in leading publications from Vogue to The Guardian and named OM Magazine's Yoga teacher of the month. Anna has been teaching in London’s leading yoga studios (Bodyism, Triyoga, Indaba) and is a proud Lululemon Athletica legacy ambassador. Russell Lee: Russell is a personal trainer and health coach. He moved in personal training in 2008 where he quickly developed a reputation for delivering rapid results due to his previous sports training as as a semi-professional rugby player. Russell became sought after to work on high-profile film productions, transforming the bodies of actors including Cate Blanchett, Jack O’Connell and Taron Egerton. Russell provides private and small-group health & fitness coaching at some of London’s most exclusive training centres. His classes are dynamic incorporating individually tailored exercises for all levels, ages and abilities. We like to give a healthy spin to typical Greek recipes combining what’s in season with what’s on offer to each island we visit. Our Kythnos retreats are catered by our private chef and nutritionist Sabrina Chorafa who’s a creative maven in mixing modern with traditional techniques and fresh ingredients. Our menu is a balanced selection of juicy salads, Greek herbal blends, tasty smoothies, healthy snacks, tones of fruits, and delicious homemade meals. We strive to bring the best from Kythnos local producers, such as fresh fruits, herbs, thyme honey, eggs and capers. Sabrina cooks from the heart and loves sharing her art (her food workshops are always a hit!). We promise that you will leave the retreat feeling lighter, brighter, happier and with a slightly different approach to food.

Fly to Athens International Airport (code AIA) and then take a boat to Kythnos island. The island can be reached only via boat either from the port of Piraeus (code PIR) or Lavrio (code: LAV).
