ABOUT THE TEACHER

Miki found yoga at only 18 years old, and it immediately transformed her life. She began teaching less than a year later, and now travels the world sharing the magic of this practice. Yoga with Miki is playful and unique with an emphasis on mindfulness.  Meditation, pranayama and alignment are important factors in Miki’s classes, as well as hands on adjustments. Prepare to feel amazing! Miki is 500 RYT, and has taken multiple trainings in Los Angeles. Her yoga practice started as purely vinyasa based, but as she began practicing Ashtanga, she began to add other influences and styles to her teaching. Now Miki teaches a mix of Ashtanga, vinyasa and hatha in her class. She also teaches a restorative style flow, coined, "sweet love.” Read more about Miki here!

 

ABOUT THE RETREAT

LA sweet vibes blend nicely with Mykonos golden sunsets and luxurious pampering. A journey of self love call us to make time and space for ourselves to nurture our should, strengthen our body and calm the mind. Every day will be devoted to one the senses, directing our yoga practice and food towards the areas that we want to awaken. Expect morning classes to wake the body up, break a sweat and conjure up a fire . Evening classes will be sweet and slow, in preparation to wind down both the body and mind. Additional activities, from surf to hiking and boat tours, as well as therapies, energy healing and massages will be on offer to complete a five star journey that will leave you all fresh and glowing to kick off the autumn season. 

* All practices are open to all levels from beginners to more advanced yogis and restricted to a small number of guests (10-15).

 

HOLISTIC NUTRITION

Following a holistic approach to wellness we've put together a bespoke retreat where each yoga day is tied up with a specific nutritional menu. For that purpose, Miki has worked closely with our healthy food expert, Alexandra Dudley, to create tailor made recipes and provide an advanced culinary experience. 

 

ENJOY MYKONOS

In between the yoga sessions, there will be plenty of time to relax, enjoy a swim in the pool or book a therapeutic massage. There'll also be plenty of time to explore Mykonos magnificent beaches and stroll at its lively villages. A day trip to Delos is always a must as it's one of the most renowned sacred places in Greece and a UNESCO heritage ancient site. It's only a 40min boat ride from the old port of Mykonos tour guide will be sharing all the history and magic of the place with us.  Mykonos is the most lively island in the Cyclades so feel free to check out the extra activities from diving to wind surfing, and we can help you customize your journey.
