Alessandra is a Navakarana Vinyasa yoga teacher, a co-owner of Mana Yoga Loft in Barcelona and an OYSHO_SPORT brand ambassador. Her path changed back in 2016 when she packed up her life in Hong Kong, set aside her 9 to 5 job in Architecture and moved to Barcelona in 2017 in search for a more balanced life. She is now a full on yoga teacher and senior alumni of Navakarana yoga, a very systemic method of Vinyasa which is taught in a led-class format with options for every level, from beginner to advanced practitioners.
