Antiparos, relies on its larger counterpart, Paros, for global connectivity via the Pounda port. Paros maintains strong links with Athens in two ways:

By Plane: Direct flights from Athens, managed by Aegean Airlines and SkyExpress, take under 40 minutes.

By Ferry: Efficient ferry services connecting Paros' main port, Paroikia, with Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Naxos and Sifnos. Visit viva.gr for ferry schedules and bookings.

Crossing from Pounda to Antiparos is simple: ferries run approximately every 45 minutes (daytime) or hourly (nighttime) during summer. The 5-minute crossing allows for easy car transport; tickets can be purchased on-board. Click here for the latest schedule.

Guests are advised to allocate travel days before and after the retreat, with flexible/refundable tickets. Flight and boat costs are not covered in the mentioned retreat prices.
